4.有一定的系统架构能力，能独立完成系统模块设计与开发；
5.具备良好的沟通能力、自主学习能力与团队协作能力；
6.擅长使用常用的AI编程工具提升工作效率；
7.有AI应用场景开发（如 CV、NLP、RAG系统等）经验者优先。
