It is a comprehensive logistics service enterprise with express delivery as its core business, integrating cross-border, freight forwarding, cloud warehousing, cold chain, commercial (TuXi Life) and other ecological segments. On October 27, 2016, it was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in the United States, opening a window for the world to understand the development of China's express delivery industry. On September 29, 2020, it was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first express delivery company to be listed in both the United States and Hong Kong, China. In 2024, ZTO Express completed an annual business volume of 34 billion parcels, a year-on-year increase of 12.6%.
