Shentong Express

The Shentong Express brand was founded in 1993, continuously improving the three-network integrated operation system of terminal network, transit transportation network, and information network. Based on traditional express delivery business, it has fully entered the e-commerce logistics field, providing logistics distribution, third-party logistics and warehousing, cash on delivery, and valuable item channel services for large domestic C2C and B2C enterprises. It has established extensive business institutions for information collection, market development, logistics distribution, and express collection and delivery across the country, while also actively expanding international express services.

As of April 2016, the company had more than 1,600 independent outlets and branches, over 20,000 service outlets and stores, over 15,000 township outlets, 90 direct and indirect transfer centers and aviation departments, with over 300,000 employees, and nearly 10,000 new jobs added annually.

Currently, Shentong Express is a vice president unit of the China Express Association, Shanghai Express Association, and Zhejiang Express Association, and its franchisees in various provinces are also vice president or council units. In 2014, Shentong Express won the Second Charity Star Award, the 2014 China Brand Integrity Top 100, the 2013-2014 China E-commerce Logistics Award User Satisfaction Gold Award, and became a member unit of the 2014 Shanghai Cross-border E-commerce Industry Association. In 2013, Shentong Express won the 2013 China Top 10 Competitive Logistics Enterprises, the 2013 Qingpu District Tax Top 100 Enterprise Industry Leader (Modern Logistics), the 2013 Qingpu District Tax Top 100 Enterprise, the 2013 China Express Logistics Demonstration Base, and the 2013 China Logistics Industry Brand Value Top 100 Enterprise. In 2012, Shentong Express won the China Top 10 Logistics Enterprises and Industry Leader Enterprise titles. In 2011, Shentong Express won the 2011 China Brand Value Top 100 Logistics Enterprise, the 2011 China Logistics Industry Annual Impact Enterprise, and the 2011 China Logistics Best Employer Enterprise. From 2007 to 2008, it was rated as one of Shanghai's "Top 10 Private Enterprises in Qingpu District" for two consecutive years. In February 2007, Shentong Express was awarded the title of "China Trustworthy Unit for Consumer Rights Protection" by the China Consumer Protection Foundation. In 2005, Shentong Express was rated as one of the "Top 10 Influential Brands in China's Logistics Industry," and the company's chairman, Mr. Chen Dejun, was awarded the "Top 10 Outstanding Entrepreneurs in China's Brand Building."
