岗位职责：
1、参与公司承接软件产品的开发；
2、协助技术经理分析和设计应用系统系统框架，规划开发模式，核心代码的编写；
3、参与重大故障的分析，系统级的优化；
4、协助系统分析师进行系统需求分析，编写《产品需求文档(PRD)》、《系统分析说明书》；
5、协助系统分析师进行系统设计、概要设计、详细设计以及软件产品的技术验证，原型开发工作。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年以上 Java 开发经验；
2、扎实的 Java 基础，熟悉 JVM 原理、集合框架、多线程编程，了解常用设计模式；
3、精通 VUE、SpringBoot 框架，熟悉 Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流开源框架及生态；
4、具备 Activiti 工作流引擎开发经验，能独立设计并实现复杂业务流程；
5、熟悉帆软报表工具（FineReport/FineBI）的使用，有报表设计与系统集成经验者优先；
6、了解达梦、人大金仓等国产数据库特性，具备相关开发及优化经验；同时熟悉 MySQL、Oracle 等数据库者优先；
7、熟悉 Linux 操作系统，能熟练使用常用命令进行系统管理、日志分析及问题排查；
8、掌握 Redis 缓存机制，熟悉缓存策略设计及性能优化；了解 Nginx 配置及反向代理、负载均衡原理；
9、具备良好的代码规范和文档编写能力，熟悉 Git、Maven 等版本控制及构建工具；
10、有政务、大型企业信息化项目开发经验者优先。
