新疆农六师铝业有限公司位于新疆五家渠市东工业园区，隶属于山东信发集团。信发集团于2009年规划建设发电、电解铝、碳素、沥青、兰炭新疆项目，计划用三到五年的时间，总投资600亿，建成4台36万千瓦热电机组和4台108万千瓦机组、240万吨铝、120万吨碳素、30万吨沥青、120万吨兰炭以及铝深加工配套的产业链条。目前，工程一二期已正式运营投产，投资已达165亿元。
