岗位职责：
1. 负责公司 CW、Hubble 系统与客户 DDS 系统的管理，保障数据一致性与完整性，确保系统数据与业务实际同步更新。
2. 以海运部门业务操作和客户需求为导向，与 ISP 部门密切协作，针对系统功能缺陷、数据传输故障、操作流程冲突等问题，制定解决方案并推动落地。
3. 依据公司管理层、内部业务部门及客户的多样化需求，设计并生成系统数据报表。运用专业数据分析工具，对海量数据进行深度处理与可视化呈现，确保报表内容清晰、逻辑严谨、结论准确，并按规定周期及时汇报数据成果。
4. 按公司要求参与客户会议，准确把握客户需求动态，及时反馈客户意见与建议。建立并维护稳固的客户合作关系，主动解决客户在数据使用、系统操作等方面的问题.
5. 用现有数据监测方法或创新设计新方案，实时跟踪运营数据的及时性与准确性。建立数据质量评估体系，对数据采集、处理、输出全流程进行监控，定期生成数据质量报告，针对问题提出改进措施并推动落实。
6. 联合海运部门经理、ISP团队开展根因分析，制定解决方案。及时向客户及内部相关部门通报异常情况及处理进展。。
7. 主动挖掘内部运营流程与客户业务流程中的优化点，结合系统功能与数据洞察，提出对公司与客户双方有益的流程改进方案。

岗位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，工科背景尤佳
2. 8年以上货代行业工作经验，其中*少3年管理岗位工作经验。
3. 熟悉海运操作流程，熟悉Cargo wise 系统
4. 精通数据分析，精通EXCEL的运用
5. 流利英语听读写能力
6. 优秀的沟通和团队协作能力
7. 具备优秀的逻辑思维及问题解决能力
