岗位职责
1、负责通过电话对接目标客户（重点聚焦汽车、工程机械、风电、铸造等行业，含设备厂、模具厂、自动化集成商等），精准传递公司滑动轴承、复合轴承等核心产品优势，挖掘客户需求，跟进意向客户，推进商机转化。
2、对接行业展会（如上海铸博会、轴承展、PTC亚洲动力传动展等）获取的客户线索，进行电话回访、需求确认、样本寄送及项目报备，维护客户数据，及时反馈市场需求及客户痛点
配合市场部行业推广、文案等岗位，执行市场推广活动，协助完成客户对接、3、行业信息收集、竞品动态调研等工作，助力公司展会动画、产品物料的落地推广。
4、完成上级交办的其他市场拓展相关工作，确保电话拓展效率及客户跟进质量。
任职要求
1、23-35岁，大专及以上学历，有无电话销售、市场拓展经验均可（有工业、轴承、汽车零部件行业电话对接经验者优先）。
2、沟通表达清晰、积极主动，有较强的抗压能力和客户服务意识，能耐心跟进客户，具备基本的商务沟通礼仪。

了解工业产品基本逻辑，愿意学习滑动轴承（复合轴承、风电轴承等）相关知识，能快速掌握公司产品卖点及应用场景。

熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel），能做好客户信息登记及跟进记录。
