一、职位描述：
自动化汽车电子通信
消费电子类(平板电脑/智能手机/电子烟/显示屏等)

二、岗位职责:
1.参与前期研发部结构评审、异常拦截，反馈跟踪，确保设计可制造性（30%）;
2.负责量产阶段的SOP等文件的更新与输出，建立并持续优化工艺文件体系（30%）;
3.负责量产阶段产品异常处理，快速响应生产线技术问题，推动产线工艺持续改善，提升生产效率、良率，降低制造成本（40%）;
4.与研发、生产、质量、采购等部门高效协作，保障项目顺利推进.

三、任职资格:
1.大专及以上学历，机械电子、机械工程、工业工程等相关专业优先;
2.5年以上PIE或PE工作经验，具备NPI导入流程、异常分析、解决方案输出的能力;
3.熟练掌握IE七大手法、ECRS及2D绘图(如CAD)，具备3D软件(如SolidWorks)技能者优先;
4、精通新产品制程评估，如设备、工装夹具等需求评估;
5、具备优秀的问题分析与沟通协调能力，有项目改善经验者优先.
