Shanghai Huazhibang Technology Co., Ltd. (WISEBOND), established in December 2010, focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and related engineering services of ultra-low nitrogen combustion equipment and high-end biomass gasification equipment. It also undertakes BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) projects for renewable zero-carbon new energy — biomass — to replace traditional fossil fuels. The business covers industries such as power, heating, petrochemical, coal chemical, and steel, and is a high-tech enterprise providing integrated thermal energy solutions and carbon-neutral technologies and equipment that replace fossil energy with new energy. It has several wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Sichuan Huashengda Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., Suzhou Hance Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., and Changzhou Jingjie Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Based on the introduction, digestion, and absorption of advanced clean combustion and biomass gasification technologies domestically and internationally, Huazhibang has developed proprietary products and technologies. As of the end of June 2022, Huazhibang has obtained 177 related patents, including over 58 invention patents. It has jointly established the "Key Laboratory of Efficient Coal (Gas) Combustion and Ultra-Low Emission for Machinery Industry" with the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. It has undertaken two projects under the National 863 Plan and one under the National Key R&D Program. It has received numerous awards and honors at various levels, including but not limited to: Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise, Shanghai High-tech Enterprise, Shanghai Science and Technology Little Giant Cultivation Enterprise, approved to establish "Academician Expert Workstation," "District-level Technology Center." Its products have won the Global Entrepreneurship Week Young Eagle Award, Shanghai Patent New Product, Shanghai High-tech Transformation Achievement Top 100, Silver Award at the 16th China International Industry Fair, and Second Prize from China Electricity Council. The company's "ultra-clean desulfurization, dedusting, and synergistic treatment efficient integrated equipment" has received financial support from Shanghai for the first batch of high-end intelligent equipment. Its "low-nitrogen combustion technology for gas burners" with emissions below 30 mg has been appraised by the China Machinery Industry Federation as reaching "international advanced level." With strong technical R&D capabilities, Huazhibang has achieved full coverage in the ultra-low nitrogen combustion field for natural gas boilers, with nitrogen oxide emissions below 30 mg/Nm³ for boilers ranging from a minimum of 120 kW to 70 MW, covering boiler types such as π-type, D-type, water-tube, fire-tube, cast iron, direct-fired, modular, and center-return boilers. In the field of low-nitrogen retrofit for special gas-fueled boilers, for carbon black tail gas, semi-coke tail gas, refinery dry gas, blast furnace (coke oven, converter) gas, and gas mine gas, the low-nitrogen reduction efficiency can reach over 70%. In the field of biomass gasification and low-nitrogen efficient combustion, it has mastered technologies including updraft fixed bed, downdraft fixed bed, circulating fluidized bed gasification, and combined gas-carbon production. It has made outstanding contributions to the carbon-neutral technical path of replacing fossil energy with new energy, with significant economic and environmental benefits, and is highly favored by customers.
