Jiangxi Isuzu Engine Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Isuzu Motors Limited of Japan and Jiangling Motors Corporation Group. Jiangling Group and Isuzu each hold a 50% stake, with a total project investment of 1,718.19 million RMB. The company specializes in the production of diesel engines. Its products include the 493 series, the Italian VM 2.5L and 2.8L series, as well as the 4JJ1 and 4JK1 series diesel engines introduced from Isuzu Motors of Japan with internationally advanced levels, making them the optimal power choice for mid-to-high-end passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and construction machinery. The company covers an area of 273 mu. The employee management team has research and development and manufacturing management experience from professional engine companies, with a planned annual capacity of 220,000 units.
