Jiangxi Isuzu Motors Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangxi Isuzu), under the guidance and deployment of the provincial and municipal governments, was established in April 2013 as a joint venture formed through a strong alliance between Jiangling Motors Group and Japan's Isuzu Motors. The registered capital is 900 million RMB, with each party holding a 50% stake. Located in the scenic Wangcheng New District, Xinjian County, Nanchang, Jiangxi, covering an area of 800 mu, Jiangxi Isuzu will have an annual production capacity of 60,000 pickup trucks under the Isuzu brand and Jiangling Group's own brand, and 40,000 sports utility vehicles (SUVs).
