Shanghai Zhonghe Puyuan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghe Puyuan") is an investment management company directly under China National Nuclear Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CNNC") in the Shanghai region.
It owns 14 subsidiaries, employs over 3,600 staff, and has an industrial scale exceeding 7 billion RMB. Its business covers equipment manufacturing, bidding and centralized procurement, international and domestic trade, industrial park operations, and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, as well as equity investment in related fields.
