Nanchang Hongyu School is located by the beautiful Yudai River at No. 555 Shuxi Road, Nanchang City. It is a nine-year consistent full-time school that officially began enrolling students in the autumn of 2003. After nearly a decade of development, the school currently has over 2,200 students, 40 teaching classes, and a total of over 100 faculty and staff, including 74 full-time teachers and 10 administrative staff. All primary school teachers have a college degree or above, all junior high school teachers have a bachelor's degree or above, and all administrative staff possess corresponding educational qualifications and management experience. From 2003 to 2011, the school was affiliated with the Education and Sports Bureau of Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City. Since 2012, the school has been under the management of the Municipal Education Bureau.
Recruitment Requirements:
1. Passionate about education and caring for students; hardworking and dedicated; excellent in both character and academic performance, with good communication skills; teachers and graduates with a full-time regular university bachelor's degree or above and a high school or junior high school teaching certificate.
2. At least three years of teaching experience, having taught at least one graduating class of senior high or junior high; those with five years or more of work experience are preferred.
3. Teachers who have received honorary titles such as Municipal Excellent Homeroom Teacher, Municipal Excellent Teacher, or Municipal Subject Leader are preferred.
4. Outstanding graduates with a master's degree or from key university teacher training programs are preferred.

Salary and Benefits (annual salary)
1. Senior High School Teachers: 80,000–160,000 RMB.
2. Junior High Experimental Class Teachers: 60,000–120,000 RMB.
