沈丘县残疾人康复医院于2000年往周口市卫生局批准为县级医疗机构，2009年往市县有关部门核定批准为县级残疾人康复医疗机构，为沈丘县残疾人联合会的下属机构，主要承担全县残疾人的康复指导和医疗救助服务，为非盈利性质的公益医疗机构。目前，沈丘县残疾人康复医院经过优化组合，引进先进的医疗设施和高端人才，采取先进的医疗医院管理经验，不仅服务于全县弱势人群，并逐渐将高端的人才技术和先进的医疗设备服务于和造福于全县人民，从技术上，人才配置上，以及医疗环境上都与新型社区的发展和要求相适应。
