Chongqing Tengze Chemical Co., Ltd. (formerly Chongqing Chemical & Pharmaceutical Otsuka Chemical Co., Ltd.) was established in 2006, commenced commercial operation in 2009, and completed equity restructuring in 2012. It is currently a controlled subsidiary of Chongqing Chemical & Pharmaceutical Group and a Sino-Japanese joint venture. It is located in the Baitao Chemical Industry Park in Fuling, Chongqing, covering an area of 200 mu. The company has total assets of 240 million yuan and an annual production and sales scale of approximately 300 million yuan. It currently has 180 registered employees, with an average age of 31, including nearly 90 employees with a college degree or above. The company has two production facilities: one with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons of hydrazine hydrate and another with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons of foaming agent.
Product Introduction
Hydrazine Hydrate: Hydrazine hydrate (HH). It is manufactured using the ketazine process production technology of Otsuka Chemical of Japan. The process route is mature and advanced, and is a key promoted process by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission. Currently, the hydrazine hydrate industry standard HG/T3259-2004 has three quality grades: qualified, first-grade, and premium. Our company's hydrazine hydrate product quality far exceeds the premium grade indicators and is in a leading position domestically.
Foaming Agent: Foaming agent (ADCA). It is manufactured using the ketazine process production technology of Otsuka Chemical of Japan. The process route is mature and advanced. It can produce 18 different specifications of foaming agent products, with grades including the VC series (raw powder grade) and the # series (super grade), all of which have passed the quality confirmation of Otsuka Chemical of Japan, and the product quality is in a leading position domestically.
