The company was formerly known as Shenzhen CSG Curtain Wall Engineering Co., Ltd., founded in April 1993. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture invested and established by Chinese and foreign shareholders including China CSG Holding Co., Ltd. The company provides customers with one-stop services from products to curtain wall design, fabrication, and installation. Through years of efforts, the company has become a dual-A curtain wall construction enterprise with national Grade I curtain wall construction qualification and Grade A curtain wall design qualification. The company possesses production, processing equipment and technology at the international advanced level, engaged in the design, production, construction, and installation of various curtain walls and doors/windows including glass curtain walls, metal curtain walls, stone curtain walls, point-supported curtain walls, large skylights, metal roofing systems, and high-end aluminum alloy doors and windows. It has established a curtain wall and door/window processing center in Guangming New District, Shenzhen, with a factory area of approximately 20,000 square meters. The center has a team of process engineers, design engineers, and professional technical workers who have long been engaged in curtain wall and door/window processing, with a monthly processing capacity of 40,000 square meters. For further development, in 2006 the company launched building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) business, investing substantial human and material resources. It has become the Solar Building R&D Base of the National Engineering Research Center for Housing and Residential Environment, a member of the Solar Building Professional Committee of the National Renewable Energy Association, and a vice-chairman unit of the Shenzhen Solar Energy Society. It can undertake the design, construction, installation, and related technical services of solar building-integrated projects such as photovoltaic curtain walls, photovoltaic roofs, and wind-solar hybrid solar street lighting. The company is committed to researching and mastering advanced technologies, new processes, and new materials in world curtain wall engineering, and has accumulated rich experience in practice. At present, it has completed a large number of large-scale curtain wall projects across the country, such as Shenzhen Nanshan District Government Building, Shenzhen World Trade Center Building, Guangzhou Military Region Housing Project, Guangzhou Fangcaoyuan, Shenzhen Shekou Seaview Plaza, Shanghai Baotong Building, Shenzhen Chiwan Petroleum Building, Shenzhen Bao'an Xin'anhu Shopping Mall, Guangxi Nanning Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank Computer Center Building, Qingdao Scientific Research Comprehensive Building, Tianjin Fuxing Building, Philips R&D Center, Zhuhai Qinghua Hotel, Guangzhou Seaview Holiday Hotel, and other high-standard quality projects.
