The complete organizational structure outlines a circular development chain and scientifically and systematically divides: high-standard product R&D center, quality inspection and control center, CNC planned production center, classified production workshops for various bakery products, automated packaging workshop, temporary storage warehouse for packaged finished products and purification space, three-dimensional storage center, logistics and distribution center, brand operation center, OEM processing and key customer service marketing center, e-commerce network center, and administrative comprehensive office center.
The central factory of Anhui Caidiexuan Group has a fully enclosed production workshop built according to GMP standards, equipped with an automatic central temperature and humidity control purification system, maintaining constant temperature and humidity throughout the year. Combined with ISO22000 food safety management system and ISO9001 quality management system, it implements full-process computerized quality control. The most advanced production lines in China realize assembly line production from material feeding, forming, automatic placement, baking, cooling, metal detection, to packaging, maximizing the guarantee of product hygiene quality. Workers must go through procedures such as changing clothes, washing hands, drying hands, atomized alcohol disinfection, air shower, and shoe sole disinfection before entering the production area. The 100,000-level air purification closed production system, 24-hour air renewal, 360-degree full-scene monitoring, and anti-mosquito devices at the finished product loading platform maximize the guarantee of environmental requirements for key processes such as product fermentation.
