Fancai Cosmetics Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to the hair care, color cosmetics, and fragrance industries for thirty years. Headquartered in Shanghai, with its R&D center and production base in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, it currently operates three independent workshops for hair care, color cosmetics, and fragrances, featuring a total of 15 internationally advanced fully automated production lines and testing equipment. The company employs a professional ERP system and implements international management standards. In 2005 and 2006, the company's products passed the ISO9001 quality system certification and GMPC certification, respectively. Over the years, we have been providing OEM and ODM manufacturing services for international first-tier brands. In 2008, in line with the trend of transitioning from 'Made in China' to 'Created in China,' the company resolved to build a national brand of China. Combining years of OEM experience, absorbing the essence of high-end brand products, and integrating the skin characteristics of Easterners, we continuously upgrade and optimize, ensuring that every product developed possesses an international fashion perspective, medical health elements, and green elegance. After five years of preparation, Fancai Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was formally established. What we aim to do is to allow young domestic users to enjoy skincare experiences of international standards and to build an international brand created in China.
