截至目前,社会资本办医已经初见成效,全市社会办医院33家,个体诊所293家,村卫生室1634家。此外,总投资10500万元的临邑洛北医院山东省慈善总会白内障复明基地已进入施工筹备阶段；中韩合资“圣韩美”美容医疗机构已进入开业筹备阶段；夏津康复医院、德州红十字康复医院已进入审批程序。市妇幼保健院已与台湾同仁医疗集团达成初步合作意向。
