中煤焦化控股有限责任公司（英文名字China Coal & Coke Holdings Limited，简称 CNCCoke）成立于2003年8月，是一家致力于焦炭、煤炭及煤化工产品的生产、加工、投资和国内外贸易的能源化工企业，前身为2002年5月成立的中煤焦炭化产品有限责任公司。|| 中煤焦化控股有限责任公司是中国中煤能源集团公司（简称中煤集团公司）的全资控股子公司，中煤集团公司是隶属于国务院国有资产监督管理委员会的大型中央企业，亦是中国第2大煤炭企业集团。截止 2004 年底，中煤集团公司总资产 406 亿元，在册职工 9.9 万人，所属全资子公司和控股公司 21 户。2004 年，中煤集团公司煤炭产量 5187 万吨，实现煤炭贸易量 9437 万吨，其中出口 4220 万吨。目前，根据国家关于建设若干煤炭基地和发展亿吨级大型煤炭企业集团的指导思想，中煤集团公司加快实施新的发展规划，将企业建设成为亿吨级具有国际影响力的煤炭大集团。|||
