Hubei Huashang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hubei Huashang) was approved by the Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission to invest in the construction of a liquefied natural gas plant in Wulijie, Jiangxia District, with a daily gas consumption of 300,000 cubic meters/day of raw natural gas and an annual processing capacity of 120 million cubic meters. This project is directly related to the peak-shaving of natural gas in Wuhan and residents' winter gas use, and therefore has been listed as a key investment attraction project in Jiangxia District, Wuhan. Hubei Huashang's main partners are: China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation, China Resources, etc.
Hubei Huashang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established on May 8, 2007, with a registered capital of 4.8 million US dollars. It is a key enterprise in Jiangxia District, Wuhan. In June 2014, it was jointly recognized and awarded the title of Hubei Low-Carbon Transportation Promotion Base by the Hubei Provincial Department of Transportation and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission; the local government also awarded Hubei Huashang the title of "Advanced Unit".
Hubei Huashang LNG Plant is located in Wulijie, Jiangxia District, Wuhan, covering an area of approximately 119 mu. The company's core management team is composed of senior industry elites. Its main business includes natural gas processing and sales, terminal filling station business, urban gas, etc.
