宁波华泰盛富聚合材料有限公司（Ningbo Huatai Shengfu Polymeric Material Ltd）成立于2012年12月12日，为香港利万集团控股子公司。公司位于国家七大石化产业基地之一的宁波大榭开发区，坐落于环岛西路18号。目前，公司现有乙酸仲丁酯装置及配套设施。2017年启动新项目轻烃综合利用项目，分两期建设。总体目标为百万吨乙烯生产规模及配套建设公用工程、储运等辅助装置，总投资约110亿元，占地约1000亩，产值150亿元/年。二期项目于2018年初开始建设，计划2021年初投产，主要包括60万吨/年乙丙烷脱氢、40万吨/年聚乙烯、30万吨/年苯乙烯等装置，并配套建设公用工程、储运等辅助设施单元和5.5万吨级化工码头。该项目入选浙江省重点项目、宁波市专项落实项目。项目建成后将填补华东地区高端聚烯烃市场的空白。三期项目计划2021年开始建设，2023年投产，将进一步扩大公司产能，其中的EO/EG装置、EVA/LDPE等装置，重点研发生产高性能材料、差异化产品。
