Xinli Semiconductor

Xinli Group was founded in Hong Kong in 1978, and began investing in factory facilities in Shanwei City, Guangdong Province in 1986. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1991 with stock code HK 00732. The Group has registered 5 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 3 joint ventures in Mainland China. In December 2013, Xinli Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and the government of Huizhou City, Guangdong Province jointly invested to establish Xinli (Huizhou) Intelligent Display Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 25.1 billion RMB. In August 2017, Xinli's high-end automotive and intelligent terminal display plant was officially completed in Hongcao District, Shanwei, and it is expected to achieve mass production in the first quarter of 2018. On June 16, 2017, a joint venture was established with the government of Renshou County, Sichuan Province, as the project company for the production of fifth-generation thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCD) and sixth-generation flexible AMOLED production lines, with a total investment of 40.4 billion RMB.
In 2016, Xinli Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and Xinli Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., both under Xinli Group, were respectively awarded the title of "Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises in China"; in the same year, Xinli International was rated as one of Forbes' 2016 Asia's Best 50 Listed Companies.
