恒东热电装机规模为2×130t/h高温高压固态排渣煤粉锅炉＋2×C25MW抽汽供热机组，采用DCS控制系统，项目同时安装了锅炉尾部烟气湿式氨法脱硫工艺，和高效静电除尘器设备。
