根据景德镇地区生活垃圾的情况，本项目分两期建设，一期投建规模为2×500吨/日的循环流化床锅炉,、2×12MW的汽轮发电机组，日处理生活垃圾1000吨，投产后处理垃圾33万吨，可发电1.28亿度。一期投资人民币4.00亿元。

目前工程全面启动，计划2014年12月份正式投入生产和并网发电。
