岗位职责：
1、负责收益互换等产品的日常询报价, 做好持仓的风险对冲执行；
2、负责全球大宗商品的策略投研、追踪行业动态趋势，深耕细分产业，充分衔接交易投研与客户交易诉求；
3、根据大宗领域贸易商、生产企业等套保客户及资产管理类客户的商品衍生品交易需求，对接不同客群设计定制化交易方案；
4、承担新业务模式和新产品方案的产品设计工作，具备商业企划能力，挖掘市场需求、优化客户交易体验，从需求论证、可行性分析到组织推动公司各部门共同推进业务模式落地。
岗位要求：
1、英文听说读写优秀，沟通路演能力强；
2、硕士及以上学历，国内外知名院校数理统计、金融工程、金融、数学等相关专业优先；
3、具备优秀的逻辑思考能力、团队意识、风险管理意识和能力；
4、对市场具备敏锐度，能够快速挖掘市场交易机会，具备独立分析能力;
5、具备境外商品期货交易经验，熟悉期权或CTA交易策略者优先；
6、熟练运用VBA、Python等编程语言。
