中山嘉华电子(集团)有限公司成立于1993年8月18日，是由香港港华集团与中山市东区政府合资之国际化、现代化电子工业城。嘉华集团占地20多万平方米，约有40多个标准足球场大小。标准厂房11万多平方米，是一座拥有娱乐设施、员工宿舍等多座大型基建项目的企业，可说是名副其实的工业城。 生产设备包括全自动插件机74台，彩电生产线10条，录像机生产线3条，影碟及音响生产线10条， 大型 注塑机52台。彩电、录像机及音响每年生产量可达360万台。
