新下陆社区卫生服务中心位于黄石市下陆区黄石纺织机械厂西康苑内，占地面积5000余平方米，建筑面积近2300平方米，中心周围绿树环抱，鸟语花香。中心内部温馨雅致辞，宁静整洁，是一所集医疗、预防、保健康复、计划生育、健康教育为一体的综合医疗机构。2005年被确定*为黄石市医保定点医疗机构并开始全面向社会开放。
