岗位职责：
1．参与后端模块技术开发，架构设计、重构、优化，根据业务规划及技术规划制定架构和开发方案；
2．按计划完成模块的程序结构设计、代码编写和单元测试，并提交测试人员进行功能测试；
3．参与技术难题攻关，持续提升核心系统的稳定性与扩展性；
4．和产品测试配合确保业务功能正常完成，处理线上问题。

任职需求：
1. 五至十年以上工作经验，统招本科，计算机及相关专业；
2．熟悉常用设计模式，有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计开发经验
3．深入理解微服务架构，具备Spring Cloud Alibaba、Dubbo等框架的实战落地经验；
4 .精通MySQL、Oracle 、Redis等，具备数据库优化经验；
5.有医药连锁公司背景的优先；
6.参与需求评审与技术方案设计，输出系统设计文档
