任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，需具备5年以上Java游戏服务器开发经验。
2. 熟悉Mysql、MongoDB、Redis中至少2种数据库；掌握Linux、Docker生产环境搭建与维护，熟练使用IntelliJ IDEA/Eclipse、Maven/Gradle、Git/SVN等开发工具；精通Spring、Spring Cloud、Mybatis、Netty等服务器框架，及Nacos、Zookeeper、Eureka中至少1种配置中心。
3. 深入理解多线程、并发编程、网络通信原理，具备JVM调优、Mysql调优能力，能独立完成线上问题排查与定位。
4. 具备良好的面向对象分析设计能力，熟悉常用设计模式，可设计可扩展、高性能的服务器架构；有分布式开发、高可用部署、集群管理或性能调优经验者优先。
5. 工作积极主动，责任心强，能承受工作压力，对技术有追求，具备持续改进和优化系统的意识。
