岗位职责:
一、设计与开发
1、根据部门制定的产品研发计划，设计本部门产品相关的自动控制系统产品或设备的总体技术方案，完成概要设计、详细设计，并按规范形成文档。
2、负责本部门产品相关的自动控制系统的具体开发与实现工作。
3、负责组织编写本部门产品相关的自动控制系统的技术文档、说明书，并确保产品资料的正确、真实、完整、安全。
二、评估与测试
1、负责本部门拟采用的自动控制系统器件、模块、设备等的评估与测试工作，为产品研发决策与物料采购提供依据。
2、根据需要完成部门计划研发和完善的各种自动控制系统功能模块的设计和标准化。
3、负责本部门产品相关的自动控制系统样机的测试工作，以及小批量试产产品的评估测试工作，确保达到中试、量产条件。
4、负责本部门产品相关的自动控制系统样机现场装配、运行的调试、测试工作，并完善有关文档。
三、生产与质量
1、配合部门其他岗位完成新产品从开发完成到实际生产的生产导入工作，确保产品顺利投产。
2、跟踪本部门产品相关的自动控制系统产品在生产、运行过程中出现的质量问题，分析与统计有关数据，提出改善建议，并负责落实。
