金华金年火腿有限公司系浙江金年食品有限公司子公司，是金华火腿生产基地，首批列入金华火腿原产地保护。拥有现代化标准厂房，占地面积1万多平方米，系金华火腿生产企业样本企业。不但有效解决了金华火腿生产的不安全因素。而且成功保留金华火腿的传统风味。其主导产品采用金华猪及以其为母体的杂交商品猪的后腿为原料，经传统工艺加工而成的具有形似竹叶、爪小骨细、肉质细腻、皮薄色黄、肉色似火，香郁味美。
