北安市第四人民医院，创建于1959年，建筑面积3601平方米，开放床位106张，是一所集医疗、预防、保健为一体的二级乙等综合性医院。是北安市铁路职工医疗保险、城镇职工医疗保险、城镇居民医疗保险、新型农村合作医疗定点单位。医院设内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、眼耳鼻喉科、口腔科、中医科、理疗科、急诊科、预防保健科等临床科室。卫生技术人员85人，其中具备副高职以上职称21人、中级职称32人。主要医疗仪器有500 mA X光机、彩色多普勒超声扫描仪、全自动血球分析仪、生化分析仪、酶标仪、呼吸机、除颤器等重要设备。
