成立于1953年，下设一个分中心，13个社区卫生服务站，是一所集医疗、预防、保健、健康教育、康复、计划生育指导为一体的社区卫生服务中心，为浙江省规范化社区卫生服务中心，杭州市规范化社区卫生服务中心，省级文明医院。 中心占地15亩，环境优美、舒适，布局合理，现有职工75人，具有中高级人员24人，开设临床科室23个，开放床位56张。拥有美国全自动血球分析仪、德国全自动生化仪、500毫安X光机等仪器。
中心动坚持以病人为中心，以质量为核心的服务宗旨，竭诚为广大群众提供优质的医疗服务。
