吉林延安医院是经吉林省卫生主管部门批准并在省民政厅登记注册的非营利性综合医院（二级甲等），东北叁省*国家慈善医院。是中华慈善总会医疗救助定点医院；吉林省慈善总会“关爱生命”医疗救助项目定点医院；省、市农合定点医院；省、市医保定点医院。 医院地处长春市二道区东环城路7188号，医院建筑11000平方米，形成的固定资产8000万元，拥有各类大型医疗设备一百余台件。医院编制床位300张，设有门诊部、住院疗区和康复中心。全院在册员工278人，其中：具有硕士研究生导师资格的教授6人，副高以上职称32人，中级职称57人。
