任职要求
1.具有3年以上研发和架构经验，扎实的编码及计算机基础，良好的编程习惯和codereview经验，熟练掌握Java语言；

2.具备良好的系统设计能力，熟练掌握常用的分布式系统开发技能(包括：MySQL、Redis、MQ、RPC等)，了解其底层原理及应用场景；

3.具备大型分布式系统架构实践经验，熟悉分布式服务框架原理，对于高并发、高可用的分布式架构设计有深入的理解和实践；

4.较好的质量意识，对线上bug零容忍，有在线系统debug及调优经验更优；

5.具备良好的沟通学习能力、团队协作能力、问题分析和解决能力，有较强的责任心和Owner意识。
