岗位职责
1、负责需求梳理，完成主要模块的python/java代码开发、编写；
2、完成上级领导安排的任务，按照开发计划要求，高质量、高效率完成开发工作任务；
3、参与开发技术攻关，积极跟进系统优化及Bug处理，与团队成员及时解决项目开发过程中的问题。

任职要求
1、计算机或相关专业、大专以上学历；
2、有相关python/java开发经验，熟悉Java语言和开发工具的使用，熟悉调试代码的方法；
3、熟悉主流开源应用框架；
4、熟悉网络通信协议，熟悉至少一种关系型数据库（MySQL、Oracle，BD2等）以及相应数据库调优、SQL优化，熟悉Redis、MQ等；
5、对技术有主动的学习能力，较强的逻辑思维和推理能力，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力，工作认真、积极、责任心强。
