Guangzhou Haiyi Software Co., Ltd., formerly the Guangzhou Branch of Yantai Haiyi Software Co., Ltd., was established in December 2003 and became independent as Guangzhou Haiyi Software Co., Ltd. in August 2013, with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. It has offices in Guangxi, Yunnan, Hainan, Guizhou, and Xinjiang, and is one of the largest electric power software service providers in South China. On December 24, 2020, Guangzhou Haiyi Software Co., Ltd. introduced a strategic investor, China Southern Power Grid Digital Grid Research Institute Co., Ltd., successfully completing the capital increase and share expansion, raising the registered capital from 20 million to 50 million RMB. The company focuses on informatization applications and services, with product design concepts of business process optimization, refined management, and visualized operations, using advanced domestic and international computer technologies for product development. Currently, the company's business covers energy (electricity, water supply, gas, heating), judicial, government, and various large and medium-sized enterprises. Its main product lines include power marketing, distribution network dispatching, data intelligence, and integrated energy, providing consulting, customized development, and supporting system services to many large and medium-sized enterprises.
