岗位职责
1、负责项目和产品的后端开发工作；
2、需求分析：收集、分析客户需求，编写需求文档，参与二次开发，引导客户需求，对需求变更进行有效控制；
3、客户关系：解决客户碰到的问题，维护客户关系，提高客户满意度；
4、编制项目实施文档，定期监控并汇报项目情况。
任职要求
1.计算机相关专业大学本科以上学历，3年以上Java开发经验；
2.精通java编程语言，熟悉微服务体系架构和SSM框架，熟练使用SpringBoot、Springcloud，Mybatis等相关主流框架技术；
3.能熟练运用docker、nginx、kafka、rabbitmq(rocketmq)、redis、elasticsearch等缓存、消息中间件、虚拟化技术；
4.熟练使用PostgreSQL、mysql、oracle等常用数据库，并具有一定的SQL功底，精通SQL调优；
5.使用过若依框架的多租户版本，并对权限有相关理解；
6.有良好的软件工程知识和质量意识，具有良好的业务分析能力，能把握业务关键点并拿出相应的技术方案；
7.有良好的沟通、交流能力,具有较强的团队合作意识，思路清晰，新事物的接受能力强，具有一定承压能力。
