8.了解 JVM 内存管理(有 JVM 调优技能加分);
9.熟悉分布式系统常见技术及RPC框架;
10.具备较强的学习能力和责任心, 良好的沟通交流能力, 有写文档习惯, 乐于分享, 代码优秀。"
