2、有高并发分布式系统开发经验，熟悉缓存技术、网站优化、服务器优化、集群技术处理、网站负载均衡、系统性能调优等相关中间件及软件编程高级技术:
3、对数据库的基本理论和内部实现机制有深刻的理解，能够熟练应用mysql/nosql，有实际大数据量的数据库设计经验;
4、良好的逻辑思维能力，熟悉业务抽象和数据模型设计，具有很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情;
5、知识面广，思路开阔，创新能力强，对新技术持有敏感性并愿意致力于新技术的探索和研究。
