At present, the company controls and holds shares in multiple platform companies, with an invested and constructed photovoltaic power station scale of approximately 600MW and investment management assets exceeding 3 billion yuan. The company is mainly engaged in technical research, development investment, capital operation, project construction, and project asset management and operation in dual carbon talent training, dual carbon consulting, carbon asset development and management, solar photovoltaic power generation system engineering, solar thermal system engineering, new energy vehicle charging station system engineering, wind power application system engineering, ground source heat pump engineering, energy-saving building integration, and waste-to-energy power station system engineering. Since participating in domestic Golden Sun photovoltaic projects in 2009, due to the company's professionalism and strength in photovoltaic project engineering technology, it established Hunan Green Energy Investment Development Co., Ltd. in 2015 and began investing in domestic photovoltaic power station projects, committed to the sustainable development of the green energy industry, and invested in approximately 100MW photovoltaic power station projects that year. In 2016, it jointly established Hunan Xiang'an New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (40% equity) with Hunan Provincial Construction Engineering Group Corporation under the Hunan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, which is the first investment platform that the Hunan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission focuses on building for new energy investment and development, and also the largest photovoltaic power station investment and construction platform in Hunan Province, currently holding approximately 400MW of photovoltaic power station projects. In 2017, it jointly established Hunan Jianrong Xiang'an New Energy Development Co., Ltd. (13.2% equity) with the Hunan Provincial National Belt and Road Fund to develop and construct new energy projects at home and abroad. In 2023, led by the company and operated by Hunan Provincial National Cooperation Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., it plans to establish Hunan Silk Road Dual Carbon Investment Fund with Hunan Provincial Belt and Road Fund, Hunan Jianrong New Energy Industry Fund, Hunan Xiang'an New Energy Co., Ltd., Beijing Beikong Intelligent Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. and other relevant institutions, committed to the development and management of carbon assets at home and abroad, and contributing Hunan's strength to promoting the development of the carbon trading market. The Dual Carbon (Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality) Business Division is an independent business division jointly initiated and established by Hunan Xinyalin Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and the "Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality · Clean Energy" CPPCC Member Studio. It is the first dual carbon center in the Central South region authorized by the Education and Examination Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Zhongchuang Carbon Investment Technology Co., Ltd.
