公司项目总投资人民币约10.768亿元。其中，一期20万吨/年甲醇芳构化项目投资约3.628亿元；二期10万吨/年异丁烷脱氢项目投资约7.14亿元。项目一、二期占地约765亩，总建筑面积60976万平方米。项目建设分两个阶段：一期20万吨/年甲醇芳构化项目已于2013年6月份开工建设，力争2013年底设施配套、罐区、装置区完工，2014年8月开车试生产。在一期项目正常生产的同时，二期10万吨/年异丁烷脱氢项目计划2014年10月开工、2016年12月完工建设。
