电镀设备全部为自动化控制,设备包括挂镀、滚镀、连续电镀等，滚镀设备生产能力为三班倒，日生产能力20吨，挂镀设备日生产能力为三班，日生产能力为3-6吨。镀种有三价镀锌、锌镍合金、镀镍、镀锡、化学镍、硬铬、装饰铬、硬质铝氧化等镀种。工艺采用迪葡索、安镁特等世界先进电镀供应商原料，并以通过TS16949体系认证。
化验检测设备齐全。所有电镀液的化验全部在厂内完成。目前测试设备有盐雾试验箱，X-RAY测厚仪，精密天平等测试设备。
