Hubei Sanlei Group is a comprehensive conglomerate. Its predecessor was Hubei Sanlei Real Estate Co., Ltd., established in October 2003. The group was formed in August 2007 and is headquartered in Wuhan. After ten years of development, the group now has multiple subsidiaries located in Hubei, Chongqing, and Shanghai. The company's total assets exceed 2 billion yuan, with nearly 1,500 employees, including about 150 engineering and technical personnel of various types and nearly 50 with senior professional technical titles. The company mainly invests in and operates modern agriculture, tourism development, hotels, real estate, cold-chain warehousing, steel warehousing and logistics, engineering construction, and other industries, and has its own industrial chain.
Modern agriculture and tourism development are the two leading strategic development directions. In terms of major industry development, it has invested in and developed in Qianjiang District, Chongqing, a 10,000-mu "Yangtoushan Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park" modern agricultural industrial project focusing on large-scale cultivation of high-end economic fruits such as red-fleshed kiwifruit, bayberry, and crisp red plum; in Xiushan County, Chongqing, it has developed a 2,000-mu red-fleshed kiwifruit modern agricultural plantation, supported by the 50,000-ton "Southeast Chongqing Cold Chain Logistics" project centered in Qianjiang and covering the entire Southeast Chongqing region, and the Tianshenghu Urban Complex project in Zhengyang Industrial Park, Qianjiang District, themed around the "Qianjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center and supporting five-star hotel".
In Yangxin County, Hubei Province, it has successively developed and built projects such as Xingguozhou Ancient Commercial City, Fuchuan Jiayuan, the four-star Yangxin International Hotel, and Yangxin Industrial Park. It has also cooperated with local government departments to lead the large-scale development and construction of the "Xiandao Lake Tourism Development Project", covering multiple sub-projects such as resort hotels, eco-tourism, leisure sightseeing, water entertainment, and distinctive themed culture.
