MSB Medical (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (MSB Medical) is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established in April 2012 in Wuhan Optics Valley Medical Device Industrial Park, China. The products developed and produced in the early stage include electrosurgical instruments and related equipment, covering high-frequency electrosurgical units, high-frequency electrosurgical pencils, neutral return electrodes, high-frequency surgical electrodes (stainless steel tips, tungsten wire tips, gynecological tips, etc.) and electrosurgical smoke evacuators.

In September 2012, the company obtained the Medical Device Manufacturing License issued by the Hubei Provincial Food and Drug Administration, and in December obtained the product registration certificate. It has established marketing networks in major provinces and cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shandong, Henan, Liaoning, Sichuan, and Xinjiang. In July 2013, the company passed ISO13485 quality management system certification and EU CE certification for its products. Products have begun to be exported to North America (United States, Canada, Mexico), South America (Brazil), Europe (United Kingdom, France, Spain, Greece, Turkey), Asia-Pacific (Australia, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam), the Middle East, and Africa (Iran, South Africa).

In August 2013, the company introduced a professional management team and strategic investors led by Dr. Wang Cheng, a senior industry expert from the United States, aiming to build the company into a complete solution provider in China's minimally invasive surgery field and an internationally renowned brand of competitive minimally invasive surgical products. The company focuses on the research, development, and production of medical devices and equipment used in general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, urology, gastroenterology, respiratory medicine, and other disciplines. At the same time, the company will conduct clinical technology innovation and new product development through cooperation with domestic and international * hospitals and medical schools, renowned doctors, and industry experts, apply for patent protection for core technologies, and achieve industrialization.

The company currently has signed a cooperation agreement with Australia's SurgiTools to jointly establish an R&D center in Wuhan, developing a hysterectomy system and a series of endoscopic gynecological surgical instruments with independent intellectual property rights. Meanwhile, with the strong support of Wuhan Optics Valley Medical Device Industrial Park, through cooperation with Hubei Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Wuhan Tongji Medical College, it has established the *** internationalized endoscopic gynecological surgery training center and industry-university-research cooperation platform in Central China.
