The PD Engineer drives end-to-end product development from ID concept to NPI, ensuring excellence in design, manufacturability, cross-functional alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / 关键职责
Internal / 内部职责
Establish prototype lab capabilities: Machinery/tooling/process setup
搭建原型实验室设备、工具及工艺体系
Deliver premium prototypes meeting DFM/DFA standards
产出符合可制造性/可装配性标准的高质量原型
Optimize resource allocation (budget/time/materials) with risk mitigation
统筹资源分配（预算/时间/物料）并管控风险
Lead DOE initiatives ftooling/material/process optimization
主导实验设计，解决模具/材料/工艺等技术难题
Ensure project KPI adherence: Quality, timeline, productivity
保障项目质量、交付时效与生产效率
Standardize operations with SOPs safety protocols
制定标准化作业流程及安全规范
External / 外部职责
Develop strategic supplier partnerships
建立战略性供应商及合作伙伴网络
Manage customer expectations via agile communication
通过高效沟通精准响应客户需求
Deliver data-driven root cause analysis ffield issues

COMPETENCIES / 能力要求
Core Qualifications
Education: BS/MS in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering (preferred)
机械/电子工程本科及以上学历（优先）
Experience: 3+ years in NPI/Manufacturing Engineering
3年以上新产品导入或制造工程经验
Technical Mastery:
CNC/manual machining (5-axis proficiency a plus)
数控/手动加工（五轴操作经验加分）
UG NX (surface modeling & CAM programming)
UG NX高级曲面建模及CAM编程
Functional Skills
CAD/CAM: UG (mandatory), GD&T application
UG（必需）、几何尺寸与公差分析
Data Tools: Minitab/Excel (DOE, SPC)
Minitab/Excel（实验设计及统计过程控制）
Presentation: Keynote/PPT ftechnical reporting
Keynote/PPT技术报告制作
Leadership Attributes
