Summary
61 Start from project kick-off until the final test in the customer’s plant.
61 Cooperating with the PM Mechanical Technical Leader, responsible fthe good project success in term of technical solution, cost timing impact.
Duties Responsibilities

61 Controls Technical management of project:
- Engineering timing plan resources allocation.
- Analysis recovery action on the risks defined in proposal phase.
- Analysis recovery action on the failure/risk discovered in manufacturing phase.
- Project guide line specification.
- Carry over standard application.
- New solution definition based on project (No standard).
- Make Buy scope of supply.
- Technical responsible fpotential customer ECR.
- Responsible finternal ECR, COF relevant cost/timing reduction.
- Contribute to the internal design review to guarantee the quality the team member alignment on the project.
- Responsible fcustomer spec, final documentation, U&M manual, training to operators maintenance team.
- Technical report in project closing phase in aspect of lessons, optimization.
- Evaluate team member’s performance in project closing phase.

61 8+ year’s related work experience.

61 Fluent in spoken written English, with the ability to independently manage overseas engineering projects.
