3. 负责双重预防体系运行，定期识别/更新风险与控制措施，同时组织各类隐患排查活动，及时纠正和预防不安全行为、不安全状态；
4. 负责员工教育培训管理，包括新员工入厂培训、承包商入厂培训等
5. 负责特种作业人员、安全管理人员证书管理，避免相关证书过期；
6. 开展各类安全文化建设活动，提高员工安全意识与安全参与度，如协助现场开展班组安全活动等；
7. 负责ISO14001&ISO45001体系的运行、维护和持续改进；
8. 政府安监平台管理，包括太仓安全监管平台月度检查、太仓港化工园区智慧平台管理；
9. 其他相关事务。
岗位要求：
1. 大学本科学历，化工类相关专业；
2. 至少8年及以上EHS相关工作经验,有3年以上化工行业经验；
3. 持有化工类注册安全工程师证书优先考虑；
