Sunshine Guojian Pharmaceutical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sunshine Guojian"): In 2002, China CITIC Group and Lansheng Guojian Pharmaceutical initiated the establishment of a high-tech biomedical enterprise—Shanghai CITIC Guojian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In 2015, Hong Kong-listed Sunshine Pharmaceutical became the largest shareholder through equity investment and renamed the company to Sunshine Guojian Pharmaceutical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

For over a decade, Sunshine Guojian has focused on antibody drug R&D, pilot production, and industrialization. It has successfully established an antibody drug R&D platform with independent intellectual property rights, mastered core technologies in R&D and industrialization, and participated in the formulation of multiple national quality control standards for antibody drugs. The company owns three 750-liter and two 3,000-liter antibody drug production lines that have passed the GMP certification of the China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA).
